Dubuque Regional Humane Society   

MEP was contracted by IIW to assist in designing the HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems for the new facility.  This project is a renovation of the existing Carlisle graphics building.  The HVAC design includes a new ground located air handling unit with energy recover coupled to reheat coils in a constant volume system.  The reheat coils are served by a high efficiency condensing boiler. Special considerations were taken to save cost and reuse many of the existing roof top units.
