Mount Mercy Graduate Center, Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Worked with Modern Piping to Design-Build this renovation of an Army depot into a graduate studies building.  The project included fan coil unit replacement and new roof top and indoor air handling units. 

All existing cooling and heating plants were evaluated and reused to condition the building.  New circulation pumps were also installed.
